  1. It says on the website that the Pi form won’t be forwarded to the relevant institution if payment is not made for the processing fee.

    My application is submitted, but I have thus far been unable to pay because of the website.

    When do I need to pay by, so that my Pi form is forwarded on?

    • Hi Sarah,

      The last date to apply for graduate-entry teaching courses is 7 November (5pm), the final closing date for undergraduate and other graduate courses is 5 December (5pm). However our advice is to have your application submitted prior to 30 September (5pm), this way you are a timely applicant and will not have to pay the late application processing fee.

      Also check the course descriptions for each of your preferences, as they may have their own specific closing date or selection requirements that need to be in prior to the dates above.

    • Hello, documents that support your educational history need to be certified and posted to VTAC in hard copy with a coversheet attached (address is: 40 Park street, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205). Only SEAS and scholarships documents can be uploaded to your user account.

    • Hi Nikita, email to VTAC is through the Contact Us page on teh website. Alternatively, if you have already registered you can send an email through the Message Centre section of your user account.
