Important deadline approaching

This is a reminder that change of preference for domestic undergraduate and graduate-entry (other) courses closes at 12noon, Monday 21 December (AEDT).

Until this time, you may add, remove or change the order of your preferences.

Change of preference will be open from 10am-4pm on Monday 4 January to accommodate international, IB and WA students.

We strongly recommend that you do not leave changing preferences until the last minute.

The deadline to pay your VTAC application processing fee is 4pm, Monday 21 December (AEDT).

Only paid applications are passed on to institutions for selection. If you haven’t paid your fees by this time, your application will not be processed and you will not be eligible for a course offer.

To pay the application processing fee you will need to login to your VTAC user account, click ‘Course application’ and follow the link to pay your course application fee.

Payment dates are final and no extensions can be granted. We strongly recommend that you do not leave payment until the last minute.

  1. I have a question about Jan 4 (10 am – 4 pm) change of preference for IB, international & WA. Is it possible for other applicants to also change their preferences at this time?

  2. Hi, my name is Dan Pacheco and I will be attending Monash University, Clayton in 2016. I just want to confirm that i have not received an offer email by your institute, and am wondering what the reason behind it is?

  3. Just checking (as it says on the ‘dates’ page) that undergraduate applicants can change preferences between 10am and 4pm on the 4th of January. Could you confirm that this is not only for WA and IB applicants?
