It is important to pay your application processing fee before the closing date. Only paid applications are considered for offers.
The VTAC processing fee covers the cost of applying for tertiary courses through the VTAC system. This includes processing your supporting documentation, qualification assessments and the administration of offers.
You can check if you have any outstanding processing fees by logging into your VTAC User Account. To pay your application processing fee, click on the ‘Course application’ tab where you can make payment via the link ‘Pay fee’.
Fees must be paid online using either PayPal or a credit/debit card. If you do not have either of these, you can purchase a prepaid credit/debit card from an Australia Post shop or supermarket to make the payment.
Final payment dates
– To be considered for early offers (not applicable to current Year 12 applicants): 5pm, Wednesday 4 November.
– To be considered for graduate-entry teaching (GET) offers: 5pm, Monday 30 November.
– To be considered for early international offers (VCE only): 4pm, Tuesday 15 December.
– To be considered for all other offers: 4pm, Monday 21 December.
Payment dates are final and no extensions can be granted. We strongly recommend that you do not leave payment until the last minute in case you encounter any difficulties.
