Applicant Survey: Why is your feedback important to us?

If you have visited the VTAC website recently, you may have been asked to complete a short survey about your experiences.

We use these surveys to gauge how we’re doing, to learn how to communicate best with you and to find out what we can do better.

We do this for a number of reasons:

We care about your opinion.
VTAC is a service for you, our applicants. Offering your opinion means that we can tailor our service to suit your needs and equip you with the information you need to apply for further education.

You may think of something we haven’t.
Let’s be honest, there are some creative people out there! We acknowledge that we don’t always have the answers, that’s where you come in! If you have an innovative idea or suggestion that could make the service better, let us know.

You may have experienced something we don’t know about.
If we have done something outstanding, we would love to hear about it. If something hasn’t worked quite so well, we want to hear about that too. It may not be something we were aware of and something we can change in the future.  You’ll feel better for getting it off your chest!

If you would like to go into the draw to win a $300 Coles Myer gift card, you will need to leave your VTAC ID at the end of the survey, but don’t worry, we only use this to contact you if you’re a winner, and your responses won’t be linked to your user account in any way.
